-Andre Ethier doubled inside third base in the second inning and also drove a ball to the warning track in the third to plate a run. Juan Rivera added two hits as well.
-
Matt Kemp
struggled, striking out and flying out twice.
Dee Gordon
singled but was caught stealing for the first time this spring on a very close play. The Ellises each ad a hit, Mark with a double and AJ with a single.
-Relievers

, Javy Guerra,
Scott Rice
and
Wil Ledezma
worked a scoreless frame each.
Kenley Jansen

Quotes
Mattingly on Loney: "He knew he needed a couple of days off. He knew exactly what he needed--you're always kind of searching for the feel--I think he looks good."
Mattingly on Lilly: "His stuff right now is crisper than it was last year, for sure. You just see him down in the strike zone--Teddy looks good."
Mattingly on Ethier: "He's running good. Dre's fine."
Up Next
The Dodgers play two tomorrow. A split squad will head to Salt River to face off with the Rockies. Then the other split squad faces the Giants at home in the evening.
