-The Lookouts won in dramatic fashion today. Chris Withrow was cruising until the 7th winning, when he gave up 4 runs to blow the lead. The game would stay tied until the 12th, when Luis Vasquez walked a pair of hitters and allowed both to come around to score on a double. In the bottom of the inning, BCG, who had homered twice, hit a lead off single and stole second. Luis Nunez walked and J.T. Wise singled to load the bases with no one out. Aaron Miller, who was mainly an outfielder in college, came in to pinch hit. He was hit by a pitch to cut the deficit to a single run. Travis Denker flied out to right to plate the tying run, also allowing Wise and Miller to advance. After an intentional walk to Griff Erickson, Rafael Ynoa grounded out to first but Wise came in to score to win the game.

-Rancho had some major leaguers rehabbing, though both Todd Coffey and Ronald Belisario gave up runs. Then the wheels came off in the 7th, when the Lancaster Jethawks scored 5 runs to break open the game. Chris O'Brien hit his first homer of the season and Jarrad Page collected his first professional hit. Scott McGough and Logan Bawcom worked scoreless innings.

-The Loons started another winning streak, taking their second straight in their home opener against Clinton. Arismendy Ozoria got the win, going 5 innings and allowing just 1 run on 3 hits. Jose Dominguez recorded a 4 inning save, allowing just 2 baserunners and striking out 4. Devin Shines hit his 3rd home run, while Jesus Arredondo doubled. Recommended Stories
