will join the 51s for a Major League rehabilitation assignment beginning on Friday, May 7. Werth appeared in 89 games last season for the National Western Division Champion Dodgers and batted .262 (76-for-290) with 16 home runs and 47 RBI. He also had a Major League rehab stint with the 51s and appeared in 14 games and batted .412 (21-for-51) with 5 home runs and 20 RBI. The 51s begin a four-game Pacific Coast League series against the two-time defending champion Sacramento River Cats at Cashman Field.

pitched a complete game earn his first win of the year. He struck out eight in seven innings for the victory. Kemp hit a 2-run shot in the second inning to open the scoring. LaRoche led off the fourth with his homer and Ruggiano's came in the fifth. Brevard's only run came on a leadoff home run in the 7th. The Dodgers' lone run came in the sixth when Russell Mitchell hit a sacrifice fly to score Jimmy Rohan. The Dodgers have lost four of six to Brevard County. COLUMBUS, Georgia
--Columbus scored from third on a throwing error in the 10th inning to give the Augusta GreenJackets a 3-2, 10 inning win over the Catfish. The Fish committed a season-high six errors in the loss, falling to 9-19 on the season. Columbus led 2-1 in the eighth inning but lost for the seventh time this season when leading going into the final two frames. All three of the Augusta runs tonight were unearned.
