Las Vegas scored five in the seventh, keyed by Andy LaRoche's three-run homer, to top Nashville 7-2. Jacksonville lost to Mobile after leading twice early in the game. Inland Empire crushed Lancaster 25-1 with Tommy Giles knocking in nine runs, six in the ninth inning and Great Lakes split with Dayton, losing 7-6 before winning 5-2 in the second game.
