Home runs were the order of the day as Mitch Jones slugged his sixth to tie and John-Ford Griffin's two run double beat Colorado Springs. Terry Tiffee also homered in the game. Jamie Hoffman (two) and Gab Gutierrez went long as Jacksonville topped Mobile. Tommy Giles' two-run shot beat High Desert 6-4 and Carlos Santana had homered earlier. Great Lakes lost 5-3 despite Brandon Taylor's homer.
