Dee Gordon Midwest League Player of The Week

Great Lakes Loons shortstop Dee Gordon has been named the Midwest League Player of the Week. He is the first Loon to be given the award as a hitter and is just the third player to be honored with a weekly award in franchise history.

                                            Gordon played in all seven of the Loons' games last week, hitting a robust .424 (14-for-33) with 10 runs scored and seven runs batted in. He drilled his first home run as a Loon, ripped three triples and a double, and stole four bases as part of his big week.   Gordon raised his batting average from .274 entering last week to .326 entering play today...
