It's safe to assume that voters in Sarasota, Fla., weren't thinking of the Dodgers when they voted to turn down a bond measure that would have funded improvements to the Reds' spring training facility. But their no vote could conceivably help the Dodgers find a roommate once they move to Glendale, Ariz.
