Fort Waynes's Robert Lara, 0-for-15 in the post-season, slugged a walk-off home run to break a 3-3 win and eliminate Great Lakes from the Midwest League playoffs. The Loons’ concluded the 2009 season setting a franchise record with 81 regular season wins and winning three games in the post-season.
