Although it sounds like a shootout, Vicente Padilla was treated for a minor self-inflicted gunshot wound in his right leg at a hospital in his native Nicaragua on November 3, his agent Adam Katz said. And Jon Garland's option was declined by the Dodgers and he will be a free agent.
