-The Topes fell behind early, with Michael Antonini allowing 7 runs while recording just 4 outs. The pitching staff would allow 14 runs in the first 5 innings. On offense, Luis Cruz fell a homer short of the cycle. BCG and Fedex doubled. Kyle Russell made his 2012 Albuquerque debut but went hitless.

-Aaron Miller pitched well for the Lookouts, earning his 2nd win of the year with 5 quality innings. He also helped his own cause with a triple in the 2nd that put the Lookouts ahead. Logan Bawcom picked up his second save. Rafael Ynoa doubled and singled, while Wise also had a pair of hits.

-Angel Sanchez got off to a rough start, allowing a leadoff home run. But he quickly settled in and pitched 7 solid innings. However, he pitched into the 8th and allowed a leadoff single. After recording two outs, he gave up another single which was followed by his second homer allowed of the night. Still, he got his 3rd win of the season and didn't walk a batter. Eric Eadington earned his 2nd save while recording just 1 out. Landry and Pederson extended their hitting streaks, while C.J. Retherford collected 3 hits and is now batting .327.

-Jarret Martin struggled with his control, walking 5 in 7.1 innings. The Loons would tie the game in the 7th, but Martin would allow 2 runs in the 8th and Raydel Sanchez would allow another pair in the 9th to put the game out of reach. O'Koyea Dickson singled while Joe Winker had a pair of hits, including his 16th double. Recommended Stories
