2012 TigsTools: Best Infield Arm

Every minor league system out there has a couple of guys with big-time arm strength, and the Tigers are no different. At times, those names aren't always top prospects, as evidenced by a player like Adam Frost making this list a couple of years ago. This year, the Tigers are fortunate enough to have several of their better prospects on this list.
